MAYORAL MINUTE NO 04/2019 - FREE COMPOST PROGRAM FOR RESIDENTS

The debate around whether a composting program is worthwhile for our residents became an issue. Many Councillors were aware that previous councils all had their own offerings for encouraging composting however the take-up by residents in the past had been minimal.

The desire to see if residents were keen to try composting and how much it would cost council became the discussion.
