Sita is studying law at the University of New South Wales and is a Paralegal at Price Waterhouse Cooper. She is a National Surf Lifesaving Champion and is currently the Director of Beach Sports, at Manly Lifesaving Club. She was recently selected to be an Australian Delegate to a Leadership Symposium which is organised by Humanitarian Affairs UK and the United Nations Development Program. The theme of the Symposium was “Building LIFE, Giving HOPE”, and about 1,000 emerging world leaders in 70+ United Nations Member States attended. Sita’s amazing list of achievements comes despite the fact she suffers from juvenile rheumatoid arthritis – she hopes that her story can inspire other young people with similar illnesses.
