Site Compatibility Certificates

With the ongoing issues with boarding houses & senior living developments proliferating across the Northern Beaches in inappropriate areas, this Mayoral Minutes requested that the Minister for Planning consults with Council and requests that the Department of Planning delegates it's authority to Council.

This urgent request was sent after finding out that the Department's desktop reviews were not sufficient to assess individual sites.
